Overview:

I am pleased to present “The Red Book” for 2010, which reports the developments in the payment and settlement systems in Israel for this year. The information and data presented in the Book is viewed with great importance by local and international financial bodies— including the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), which obtains the information from Israel and from other countries, and publishes it.
