Supervisor of Banks Dr. Hedva Ber yesterday visited lectures on digital banking to senior citizens in the community of Aseret and in Jaffa, and spoke with the seniors about the challenges and opportunities in the change that is taking place in the banking system.

A total of about 90 lectures are taking place in about 55 local and regional authorities throughout Israel, given by representatives of the banking system (in a uniform format).

At the end of the lectures, the seniors were invited to arrange personal training meetings at the bank branch where they manage their accounts, as part of which they will be able to personally try out the bank's digital banking services together with a bank employee. These will include how to use automatic machines, how to print out an account statement, how to deposit a cash check, and getting to know the bank's website and the bank's account management application.

Every senior citizen, even though who have not participated in a lecture, can arrange a personal training session for themselves at the bank branch by calling 03-617-8371.
