Extension of validity of the letter on “Principles for setting the terms of service of a Chairman of the Board of Directors at a bank without a controlling core”
The Supervisor of Banks has decided to
extend the validity of the letter regarding “Principles for setting the terms
of service of a Chairman of the Board of Directors at a bank without a
controlling core” until the end of December 2021. The extension of the validity of the letter
is intended to complete regulation on the matter. The letter sent today on the matter (in
Hebrew) is attached.
