Financial fraud in the digital world

The technological revolution is changing life in many areas, includes how customers consume banking services.  Today, a significant portion of services can be consumed easily through digital banking channels, at all hours, by computer or cellphone, at lower costs to customers, without going to the branch.  This has brought with it risks, including attempts to defraud bank customers, in activity using digital means.  The banking system is investing tremendous resources in mitigating these risks, but it is important that the public also be alert and manage the risks accordingly.
