The Payment Systems Oversight brings together market committees, the function of which is to advise on various issues:

Payment Card Committee - A platform for all the participants in the payment card market, which meets to discuss professional and technological issues concerning the method of activity and the rules of execution of the transactions in the local payment card system, in a manner that will allow for enhanced efficiency and competition while maintaining stability.

ATM Committee - A platform for all the participants relevant to the cash withdrawal market, which meets to discuss professional and technological issues concerning the method of activity and the rules between the various participants for cash withdrawal, in a manner that will allow for increased efficiency and competition while maintaining stability.

Faster Payments team - A platform established to promote Faster Payment in Israel. The purpose of the platform is to hear the needs of the various players and to provide them with a response in various aspects of Faster Payment, such as professional, technological and legal aspects in a manner that will allow for increased efficiency and competition while maintaining stability. The team includes representatives of various entities—banking and nonbanking, including fintech companies.
