| The Bank of Israel wishes to remind the public that December 31, 2010 is the last day to exchange First Series New Shekel banknotes and 5 agorot coins. It is possible to exchange only the following banknotes and coins: |

| The banknotes and coins can be exchanged at the Bank of Israel in Jerusalem, 2 Kaplan St. on Sundays through Thursdays from 8:30-13:30 or at the bank branch where you maintain a checking account. |
| Please note again that after December 31, 2010 it will no longer be possible to exchange the above banknotes and coins or to receive any payment for them from the Bank of Israel. For further details: 02-6552846/7. |
