Wiz transaction: Most tax payments by Wiz owners in the transaction will be paid in dollars

In view of agreements reached between the Israel Tax Authority management, the Accountant General Division, and the Bank of Israel, it has been determined that in the sale of Wiz to global company Google, most of Wiz shareholders’ tax payments that derive from the sale will be paid in dollars.
